Sun Adds Automated Insulated Glass Line

Sun Windows is pleased to announce the addition of our new T.A.P.E. Insulated Glass system (Total Automated Production Equipment).

This system automates the production of our insulated glass. The glass is sent through a washer, the insulated glass spacer is roboticly applied to the glass, the two pieces of glass placed together, and the glass units is then run through a heated press sealing the glass unit. This is all completed in one run on the T.A.P.E. system.

The implementation of this system streamlines the insulated glass production process and most importantly, consistently produces the highest quality insulated glass units for your Sun products.
