The Sun Clad USA Inswing Door features, as standard, a full-view glass panel door that is hinged to open to the interior of the home. It is available as a 1, 2 or 3 panel door with one operating door panel. The additional panels are non-operating. Each operating door comes with an adjustable hinge system and a single point handle & lock set. All door panels are glazed with tempered glass.
As an option, the door panel can include a solid "kick panel" that reduces the glass area. The kick panel is a raised wood panel on the interior side and a flat heavy gauge aluminum panel on the exterior. An SDL "shadow box" can be added to the exterior panel to create a decorative trim accent. The kick panel and/or the SDL shadow box can be finished to either match the exterior color of the door or in an alternate color to create a two tone effect. The kick panels are available in standard height or in 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 configurations.
