Narrow Frame Fixed Lite
Our Series 2020 All-Vinyl Narrow Frame Fixed Lite uses a narrow frame in which the insulated glass is set. This gives it a slim profile and maximizes the view opening of the window.
Product Description
Two Fixed Lite windows are available to go with our clad vinyl products. The two styles have different profiles to coordinate with other products for interior trim applications and visual sight lines.
Our Narrow Frame Fixed Lite features a minimal profile that reduces its visibility within the wall. This narrow frame also maximizes the view opening of the window.
Narrow Frame vs Wide Frame
Here is a comparison of our Narrow Frame Fixed Lite, left side, to our Wide Frame Fixed Lite, right side. The Narrow Frame is designed to maximize the viewing area of the window. The Wide Frame more closely matches the profile of the Casement and Awning of products.
Jamb Depth
The jamb depth is 2” from the nailing fin. Overall jamb depth without the nailing fin is 3-1/4”. Jamb extensions increase the jamb depth to 4-9/16". See Jamb Options for more information.
