Arch Top Door
Arch Top Doors are similar to our regular In-Swing or Out-Swing Doors but they feature an Arched Top. These are available as single-panel units or as True-French two-panel units.

Arch Top Doors are available as In-Swing or Out-Swing Doors. They operate just like the standard versions of these doors.
A multi-point latching system has three latch points that engage the door jamb over the length of the door panel. The door handle set releases the latches to open the door. The latches automatically engage when the door is closed.
No extra action is required to lock the door. Simply turn the lock button from the interior or use the key from the exterior.
Jamb Depth
The standard jamb depth is 4-9/16”. A jamb depth of 6-9/16" is also available. See Jamb Options for more information.

Sun Clad Wood Doors, including swing doors, sliding doors, and bi-fold doors, all use a common door panel. These panels are typically full-view glass panels. However, there are several options for configuring the panels to reflect unique styles and designs.
Panel Options
All of our extruded aluminum-clad windows and doors are available in a wide range of exterior powder-coated finish colors to coordinate with the design of your project. Click on the link below to see our color choices.
Exterior Color Options
An extruded aluminum exterior casing and trim system is available on our clad windows and doors to enhance the visual appeal of the windows and doors. Available in a variety of trim and casing profiles, these extrusions add a dimensional accent to the product and the home or building.
Exterior Trim OptionsArch Top Doors are available with operating panels hinged Left or Right as viewed from the exterior, or as a Fixed panel. They are also available in a two-panel True French configuration.
Single
Double / True French
Our clad-wood products feature clear pine interiors that are ideally suited for staining or painting. Choose to have your windows and doors delivered without any interior finish so that you can stain or paint them yourself or have them primed or painted at the factory with your choice of one of our standard interior finish colors.
Swing door handle sets provide the opening and locking functions of the door. They are available in three styles and several finishes.
Hardware Options
Swing Jambs are 4-9/16” as standard. A 6-9/16” Jamb is also available.

Sun offers a few options for your door applications. We have a standard sill and an ADA sill for most door products. Additional options vary based on the door product.

All doors come with Tempered glass as standard.

4-11/16” Profile Width Stiles and Rails
All of our standard door panels feature equal stile and rail face dimensions. Panel rails and stiles are 4-11/16”.
A tall bottom rail option is available for applications requiring a tall profile.
Optional solid insert panels are available in many configurations to achieve almost any balance between glass view and non-viewing areas.
